Sling Library & Pop Up Shop and Social Session

At this session you can expect: sales, demos and hires of slings and carriers.  It is held in my home and the exact address will be sent to you once you have booked on.   Get a standand sling library ticket, or if you are seeking advice on a carrier or sling you already have, you will need to purchase an £8.20 ticket.   If you are from a marganalised group or in extreme finanical hardship contact me for a FREE ticket.

I ask you to watch and attend to your children carefully and consider the needs of other customers. Your babies/children remain wholly your responsibility.

This session welcomes all. From those totally new to baby carriers and slings, to those who know exactly what they're looking for.  I operate on a first come, first served basis.  

Cost of sling hire, from this event is £30 for four weeks, £10 for weekly hire and £20 for two weeks. All hires and purchases of slings and carriers are made through my website - you will need to use your own internet connected devices. I also offer long term hire options - at £20 per month for a minimum of three months. 

The carriers / slings, for sale vary in price, starting from £37 new, all the way up £189.90. I also stock a range of pre-loved items.

Many attendees are seeking initial advice on babywearing. If time and the numbers of attendees allows, I will help with any queries, e.g., demonstrating a specific wrap carry etc. The events can get busy, and I aim to see all those needing attention, this can limit the time each individual receives. I offer one-to-one consultations, workshops, and bespoke events, all including the option to buy or hire from the collection and order items not listed.  You can book private more in depth consultations take a look at my postnatal services including carrying consultations.

Social side of this session:

It's an informal supportive get together for expectant, new and experienced parents.

This is a session for people to establish new friendships and foster connections with each other.

The meet up is aimed at open minded attendees seeking support and/or those willing to share their experience of expecting their baby, parenting, pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period in a non-judgmental and nurturing space.

It is primarily the opportunity to have peer to peer chats on any subjects relating to early parenthood and the space to share tips, information, sign posting and support with each other.

It can be a chance for you to ask me any questions regarding the services I offer too. The session is not a replacement for any of my services or a replacement for interviewing me to hire.
